He's the best and most reliable attorney around. So, my wife and I applied for my adjustment of status with another attorney who ended up getting my case denied. We started this process in May 2018 and got an interview date for May 2, 2019. We went for the interview with a totally different attorney from another firm and on May 3, 2019, we had an update on the case that said "NOTICE OF INTENT TO DENY." I thought to find another attorney to respond to my case. I found Salaman/Henry (Michael) and called to book an appointment to come see him. They managed to get me an early appointment. Due to the nature of my wife's job, she couldn't make it to the appointment with me, but even before I got to his office, he had his assistant (Hannah) call me and my wife to get the whole entire scope of pretty much everything that had gone on in our lives. I made it to the appointment with Michael with everything that we had in terms of forms and documents, and he discussed all possible ways out with me. He then went ahead and made a follow-up appointment to come all the way to Lancaster, PA from Philadelphia, PA to come meet with me and my wife. My wife and I gave him the whole story of exactly how everything happened and where there seemed to have been discrepancies during our interview. Michael took his time for us and got the whole story and responded to our NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) with all honesty. His professionalism and communication skills were just amazing. He made sure he understood exactly how it all went down. Fast forward, on July 8, 2019, my case was denied, and it was denied based on the alleged discrepancies at the interview. I was given 30 days to leave the country before they started removal proceedings. That means Michael's response to my NOID wasn't received. Michael was still extremely hopeful about my case and contacted USCIS, and on July 24, 2019, we received notice that said our case had been "REOPENED FOR RECONSIDERATION." On August 8, 2019, my case was approved. I received my green card in the mail on August 21, 2019.
